Welcome to DriveTime.
By using the DriveTime application ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
DriveTime allows users to notify selected contacts when they are available to chat while driving.
2. SMS Messaging
DriveTime may send SMS messages in the following cases:
- One-time opt-in invitations
- Availability notifications after opt-in
- Account-related notifications
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You may request help by replying HELP.
Consent is not required to use the core app functionality.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To only enter phone numbers of individuals you know
- Not to use the service for spam or harassment
- To comply with all applicable laws
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use automated systems to upload contacts
- Send unsolicited bulk invitations
- Abuse SMS functionality
5. Termination
DriveTime reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
DriveTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
